In this area, there are currently many restaurants and shopping centers with convenient transportation system and complete infrastructure.

At Sky Garden commercial and culinary street (Tan Phong ward), it is proposed to build an identity and upgrade shopping, culinary and entertainment activities at Nguyen Van Linh - Pham Van Nghi - Street 2 - Bui By Doan. Minimum operating time is from 18:00 to 24:00. The pilot period is 1.5 years.
