Provisional BCA Green Mark Award certified for Celesta Avenue

Celesta Avenue, the newest addition to the 6.2-ha CELESTA City, has received a Provisional BCA (Building and Construction Association of Singapore) Green Mark Award earlier April, 2024.

The project will utilize green concrete during construction, along with other environmentally friendly materials like Low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) paint with a high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) for external walls, and improved glass selection for better control of heat flow and noise reduction through windows. Celesta Avenue will include water-efficient drip irrigation with rain sensors and solar street lighting to enhance energy savings and manage water usage effectively. Additionally, the third phase of CELESTA City will feature a Linear Park with lush greenery to promote a sustainable environment for residents.

Located in Saigon South, Celesta Avenue benefits from the arterial traffic system that has been in development over the past few years, as well as the key amenities in proximity, including offices, shopping malls, educational institutions and hospitals. The third phase of CELESTA City features 43 limited edition dual frontage terrace houses, ranging from 196 to 469 sm in land area, that come with versatile and thoughtfully designed spaces where owners can integrate their home and business into one locale.
